On the first Tuesday of each month, Kelly, our nutrition coach brings samples of healthy recipes for members to taste. These recipes are archived on our blog. The purpose of Tasty Tuesday is to show that healthy eating can be easy and delicious!
Each quarter, Mint Hill Functional Fitness members have the opportunity to participate in a group challenge to promote healthy habits in a community atmosphere. Past challenges have focused on eating more fruits & veggies, hydration, and cutting out sugar/processed food. We promote challenges on social media and SugarWod.
Our nutrition coach, Kelly, offers nutrition coaching packages that can be bundled with your Mint Hill Functional Fitness membership. Kelly is certified through Precision Nutrition and Nutritional Coaching Institute to provide comprehensive coaching based on your individual goals.
